What the use. With all the extra monies we putting in, the renovations are so slow. We cannot let our units out to potential buyers as they complain that the place is the pits. I have had ppl fone me, abuse me, swear me and walk out demanding a refund as the place is terrible. We have put in extra monies for renovations, the levies have increased over 50% and still we waiting. Absolutely disgraceful

Has anyone received an invoice/statement from Vacation Management Services (Pty) Limited, in respect of their levies. We received a statement with two invoice numbers and when we queried it, we were told that one of the invoices in the amount of R1250 was for refurbishing. Question is – we paid R500 extra on our levy last year for refurbishing. How long is this refurbishing fee going to be levied to us. We have been told from various sources that the refurbishing has been put on hold at the Cabanas.

I paid my levey last month. Was a big bill to settle. I would suggest you call The Holiday Club and ask for the accounts dept. give your surname, then ask for the person dealing with Umhlanga Cabanas. Then clarify with her. I remember been told back in Jan that the special levey last year was by the previous managing agents to do certain refurbishments. Then The Hol Club took over and saw that there was still a lot to be done, so they put forward the next special levey.
